By creating an account, accessing, or using Tajassum — the Tajassum marble visualizer, website, and related services (the "Service") — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use the Service.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract, that all information you provide is true and current, and that where you register on behalf of a business you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.

Tajassum is an AI-powered visualization tool for marble and stone businesses — such as factories, showrooms, contractors, and designers — and for other users. You upload a photo of a space, choose a marble or a design, and the Service generates an illustrative image suggesting how that material might look applied to surfaces in the photo.

The Service produces artistic, approximate visualizations for inspiration and discussion only. It is not a measurement, surveying, design, engineering, or quotation tool, and it does not produce an accurate representation of any physical product.

AI can and does make mistakes. Generated images are computer-made approximations and will frequently differ from reality — including in colour, veining, pattern, scale, texture, finish, reflectivity, lighting, layout, proportions, and the boundaries of the surfaces affected.

The marble, stone, or design shown in a render may look materially different from the actual physical material. Natural stone varies from slab to slab, no two pieces are identical, and no screen can reproduce a material exactly.

You must not rely on any render to make a purchasing, measurement, budgeting, structural, safety, or design decision. Always inspect a physical sample and confirm specifications, quantities, and suitability with a qualified professional before buying or installing any material.

We do not warrant that any render is accurate, complete, error-free, or achievable in a real installation. Every render is provided for illustration only and is used at your own risk.

If you use the Service for your business, you may show, download, and share renders with your own customers, prospective customers, and the people helping them decide, in order to discuss and sell your products and services. You may add your own business name, logo, and contact details to the renders you share.

You must make clear to your customers that a render is an illustration and an approximation, and that the real stone will differ (see Section 3). You must not present a render as a photograph of a finished installation, a guarantee of how the material will look, a measurement, or a quotation.

You are solely responsible for your dealings with your customers, including your quotes, prices, orders, deliveries, installation work, and any dispute about them. Tajassum is not a party to any sale or agreement between you and your customers, and your customers have not entered into these Terms with us.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account, including activity by anyone you allow to use it. Keep your password secure and tell us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You agree to provide true, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or remove accounts that use false, duplicated, or abusive registration details.

Some features require payment. This may include a one-time onboarding / activation fee and/or the purchase of credits (top-ups) that are consumed when you generate renders.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Once an onboarding fee is submitted, it is non-refundable. Credits and top-ups, once purchased, are non-refundable, are not redeemable for cash, cannot be transferred, and have no monetary value outside the Service. The only exception is a payment made twice or by mistake, such as the same amount sent twice or a wrong amount; tell us promptly and, once we have confirmed it, we will return or correct that payment.

Credits may be consumed whenever a render is generated, including where you are dissatisfied with the result, because AI output is approximate by nature (see Section 3). A completed render is a delivered service.

We may change prices, credit costs, bonus amounts, and which features require payment at any time. Credits you buy do not expire. Promotional credits or bonuses may be limited, may expire, and may be withdrawn at our discretion. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and for all charges incurred under your account.

You agree that you will not:

• upload content you do not own or have permission to use, or photos of people without their consent;
• upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• resell or sublicense access to the Service, or offer renders to others as a paid rendering service of your own;
• present any render as an exact depiction of a physical product, a measurement, or a quotation; or
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may refuse, remove, or limit any content or usage, and may apply rate limits or other controls, at our discretion.

You keep ownership of the photos, designs, logos, and other material you upload ("Your Content"). You confirm you have all rights necessary to upload Your Content and to grant the licence below.

Where you upload photos of a customer's home, site, or property, you confirm that you have that customer's permission to do so, and to share the resulting renders with them.

Where you add a logo, business name, or contact details, you confirm that you own them or are authorised to use them, and you allow us to place them on the renders you export or share.

You grant Tajassum a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce, and modify Your Content and the resulting renders in order to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

We may retain uploaded content, render records, and related information for a limited period — for example to provide support, review quality, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes. The Service is not a storage or backup service; please keep your own copies of anything you need.

The Service — including its software, design, text, and the "Tajassum" and "تجسّم" names and marks — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. Other than the limited right to use the Service as intended, no rights are granted to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that renders will meet your expectations, or that any defect will be corrected. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tajassum and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, sales, materials ordered, or installation costs arising from or related to your use of the Service, your reliance on any render, or any render you show or send to your customers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tajassum from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or any claim by your customers or anyone else relating to a render you showed or sent them.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms or suspected abuse. On termination your right to use the Service ends immediately, and any fees and credits remain non-refundable. Any sections that by their nature should survive — including Sections 3, 4, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 16 — survive termination.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan. You agree to raise any dispute with us first so we can try to resolve it directly.
